NetPERLs.com  Browser Setup
The fact that you are reading this page is an indication that you probably don't need help in setting up your browser.

However, if you are a NetPERLs client and are changing your web pages, you have to make sure you are getting the updated pages while working on them. Your browser will usually cache the pages you view. That means if you visit a page, the browser will store the page on your local computer. When you visit the same page later, the browser will use the copy it saved rather than going to the server and getting the page again. If you are changing the pages on the server, you may not get the latest version of the page, depending on how your browser is configured.

Help specific to Netscape and Internet Explorer is available.
